Our prices

1.    Prices and Discounts

The above prices are per person and day in our double-rooms.

For stays of less than 4 days there is a surcharge of 4,00 € per person / day.

Surcharge double room for single use: 10,00 €

10% discount for adults in 3^rd or 4^th bed with at least 2 adults paying full fare.

Group prices and special offers upon request.

The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation of 2,80€ per person per day from above 14 years.

2.    Discounts for children

Discounts for children in the room with 2 full paying persons:

Kids from 0 to 3 years: 80% discount
Kids from 4 to 6 years: 70% discount
Kinds from 7 to 12 years: 60% discount

3.    Pets

For dogs we charge 20,00 € per day without food.
Out of respect for our other guests, dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms.
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

4.    Booking

Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation.

5.    Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation becomes binding once the deposit is paid by 200,00 € per room.

Please fill in your name and booking number as the purpose of payment.

Payment:  Please pay on site.

We accept all major credit cards (EC-Card, Visa and MasterCard) or cash until 4.999,00 €.We don’t accept American Express and Diners Club.

6.    Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day the apartment will ready for you starting from 3 p.m. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your apartment not later than 10 a.m.

Please notice that our reception is not manned from 1 pm to 3 pm!

7.    Terms of cancellation

Free cancellation at any time in the event of closure of borders imposed by the Government

• With a cancellation from the booking until 91 nights before the day of arrival will incur processing charges of 60.00 Euro.
• With a cancellation from 31-90 nights we keep the deposit.
• From 15-30 nights before the start of the holiday we charge 50% of the cost of the stay.
• From 6-14 nights before the start of the holiday we retain 75% of the cost of the stay.
• From 0-5 nights before the start of the holiday we retain 100% of the cost of the stay.

In case of an earlier departure the booked amount must be paid in full.

In order that you will not be charged any cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out the following reasonably priced travel cancellation insurance.

8.    Cancellation cover

We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you sign a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation.
